Our approach in rough terms is as follows:

  • Initial Assessment: Team and individual team member
  • Objectives and KPIs: Team sets them
  • Team events, adapted to the team’s physical capabilities and wishes
  • Event assessment and lessons learned
  • Coaching – on the job training making sure that lessons learned are followed-through

After the actual eye-opening event, team event, we will continue to assess team and team members as well as coach them.

This coaching can go on as long as 6 to 12 months depending on various aspects.
